Overview and mission

Dr. Granat has provided patient-centered family medicine with personalized care since 1971. Since January 2025, when we changed to only doing house call visits, our mission is to bring high-quality, accessible medical services to patients in their homes, delivering dignified, comprehensive care to all patients, including seniors, people with chronic conditions, and families who value convenience and continuity. We believe that the best medical decisions arise from understanding patients in the context of their daily environments — their homes, routines, and caregivers. Many of our patients have expressed their appreciation for our change to house calls only.

In-Home Family Medicine in Miami and through the lower Keys

For families, seniors, and busy professionals in the Miami area, surrounding Miami-Dade communities, and locations down to the lower keys, Pepi Granat MD provides trusted, experienced, and personalized in-home medical care. For mailing purposes her address is 3250 Riviera Drive, Coral Gables, Florida 33134. Her practice has served patients since 1971 with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered primary care delivered where you are — at home, in assisted living, or a residence following hospital discharge; she does house calls only. Whether you search for "home visit physician", "house call doctor", or "concierge physician," her goal is simple: to bring comprehensive medical care to your door with respect, expertise, and convenience.

primary care

Why in-home primary care and house calls matter

Modern health care often requires navigating clinics, waiting rooms, and transportation that can be stressful and time-consuming — for everyone but elderly patients, those with chronic illnesses, people recovering from hospitalization, and families with limited mobility. In-home medical care matters because it removes barriers to access, reduces the risk of exposure to contagious illnesses, and allows clinicians to evaluate patients in the context of their homes, routines, and support systems. A physician who comes to you can perform more meaningful assessments — observing gait, home safety, medication storage, and family dynamics — which leads to better, safer, and more personalized treatment plans.
